In order to archive a high level of availability for the plants and constant optimisation of process, programmable logic controllers (PLC) will be used.  The delivery scope also includes visualisation solutions and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems.  Server-client solutions, operator PCs in the control room or touch panels on the plant may be used, depending on the application.  The programm is structured systematically, clearly and documented logically.  Components which have been developed ourselves and are based on many years of experience will be used, too.

The plants are usually equipped with the option of remote maintenance, allowing small interventions into the controls or supportive troubleshooting to be carried out quickly and cost-effectively.  Operating data is always collected and recorded.  Batch control and batch tracebility is possible on request.  The control systems offer complete recording for all types of certification.  Maintenance intervalls can be automated and monitored and maintenance procedures documented.  The control systems are often integrated into the customer’s own visualisation system.
